Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for fair use of Free and paid plans, prohibited phishing and brand impersonation, Trust & Safety warnings, and enforcement.
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Why this matters
Free plan quotas exist so you can evaluate Zindua. Paid plans exist for production volume. Creating extra Free accounts, workspaces, or identities to reset or multiply Free messaging quotas is prohibited. One person or organization should use one primary workspace.
Paying for a plan does not authorize phishing, spam, fraud, or brand impersonation. Trust & Safety may warn you, pause messaging, rotate API keys, or suspend accounts when campaigns look like abuse. Recipients must have opted in.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Zindua Terms of Service. By creating an account or using Zindua, you agree to this AUP.
1. Fair use of Free and paid plans
Free plan quotas exist to help you evaluate Zindua. Paid plans exist for production volume. You may not create multiple Free accounts, workspaces, or identities to obtain additional Free messaging quotas, reset usage counters, or otherwise bypass plan limits.
One person or organization should use one primary workspace. Need more volume? Upgrade — do not open extra Free accounts.
A paid plan does not authorize phishing, spam, fraud, or brand impersonation. Paying for quota does not waive this AUP or provider rules (email / WhatsApp).
2. Prohibited conduct
- Circumventing quotas, rate limits, billing, or security controls
- Operating linked Free accounts to continue sending after a quota is exhausted
- Spam, phishing, malware, fraud, or unlawful content
- Brand impersonation or phishing-style content (for example posing as banks, toll operators, payment brands, governments, or other third parties)
- Bulk unsolicited mail or messages to recipients who did not opt in
- Harassment, impersonation, or abuse of WhatsApp / email provider rules
- Sharing accounts to evade suspension or investigation
- Attacking, scraping, or probing Zindua systems without written permission
3. Trust & Safety warnings
Zindua Trust & Safety may contact you when sending patterns appear to violate this AUP (possible brand impersonation, phishing-style content, or bulk unsolicited mail).
A warning is not a permanent deletion. Depending on risk, we may:
- Issue a written warning and keep your workspace under review
- Temporarily pause messaging on the workspace
- Rotate API keys so you must replace credentials from the dashboard
- Fully suspend the account if abuse continues after a warning
When we ask for a review, reply to support@zindua.run within 24 hours with: your business identity, the purpose of the campaign, and proof that recipients opted in. Failure to respond, or continued abuse after a warning, can lead to full suspension.
4. Enforcement and consequences
When we find a violation, we may take action without prior notice, including:
- Immediate suspension of one or all related accounts
- Disabling API keys and dashboard access
- Disconnecting linked messaging channels on the affected workspaces
- Refusing future Free access for the same person or organization
- Reporting unlawful activity to authorities when required
Suspension may apply to every account we reasonably determine is linked for the purpose of bypassing limits. Projects and historical logs may be retained for security and billing audit.
5. Appeals
If you believe a suspension is a mistake, email support@zindua.run from your primary business address with a clear explanation. We review good-faith appeals. Creating more Free accounts after a suspension is itself a violation.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP. Continued use after a new version is published constitutes acceptance. Significant updates may require you to accept the new version in the dashboard before continuing.
What we do not publish
We do not publish the internal signals or tooling used to detect abuse. That secrecy protects legitimate customers. The rules and consequences above are what you need to know: do not farm Free quotas, do not phish or impersonate brands, do not spam, do not evade suspension.
