How does consumption work?+

Every successfully queued email counts as one credit. We do not charge for failures caused by our system or invalid recipient addresses.

Can I use multiple providers?+

Yes. Connect Gmail, Outlook, and SMTP at the same time and route different projects through different services.

Is there a limit on templates?+

Limits vary by plan. Free allows 5 templates per project. Me raises the limit substantially.

Do you offer custom enterprise plans?+

If you send over 10M emails per month or need specific compliance such as HIPAA, contact sales for a custom quote.

How secure are my provider credentials?+

AES-256-GCM at rest for all service credentials. Keys are never stored in plain text. They decrypt in memory only during dispatch.

Does the i18n engine support all languages?+

Yes. Any ISO 639-1 language code. The engine picks the template version from the lang parameter in your SDK call.

Can I cancel Pro at any time?+

Yes. No long-term lock-in. You keep Pro until the end of the current cycle, then return to Free quotas. Projects stay. Usage counters are kept.

What is included with WhatsApp on Free?+

Free includes 100 WhatsApp notifications, 8,000 emails, and 10 PushMirror challenges per month on your connected workspace (1 project). OTP, alerts, and other transactional messages share the same quota.

Do I need a separate subscription for WhatsApp?+

No. WhatsApp notifications and PushMirror are in the plan tier. Pro: 15,000 WhatsApp + 120,000 email + 8,000 PushMirror per month. Me: unlimited email and WhatsApp plus 100,000 PushMirror per month.
