Is this WhatsApp Cloud API?+
No. You scan your business number in the dashboard. Cloud API and BSP onboarding are a different product. Campaigns are for teams who need a desk now, with Guardian pacing.
Can I blast from the API or MCP?+
No. Campaigns launch from a signed-in dashboard session. Remote tools cannot start a blast. That is intentional.
Do campaign sends count as OTP?+
No. OTP, alerts, and campaign volume are separate meters. Packs add campaign stock only.
What is two-way for?+
Support, delivery exceptions, clinic follow-ups, school desks. One-way stays one-way even if someone types back.
What if I go past the plan?+
Buy a pack. Wave is 100,000 for $19 (30 days). Campaign is 500,000 for $79 (30 days). Nationale is 2,000,000 for $249 (60 days). Packs add stock. They never speed Guardian.
Can I link several numbers?+
Yes. Line 1 stays for OTP and API. Pro and Team can scan a second line for campaigns only. Each campaign sends from that campaign line. Codes never mix in.
Can I connect HubSpot or Google Sheets?+
Yes. Sync contacts into lists, listen to sent, delivered, read, and replies on webhooks, and call the API for authorized ops. Campaigns still launch from the dashboard, never from a remote blast key.
