Does Zindua pay OpenAI?
No. You paste your OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini key. We ping it, encrypt it on the project, and call that vendor when the AI block runs. The canvas never stores the key.
Why is the next block empty?
AI writes {{ai}}. It does not send WhatsApp by itself. Drop a Message after it and put {{ai}} in the text. Test inserts that for you when the probe works.
Can it remember the whole chat?
No. Each visit is one visitor line plus your instruction after {{vars}} are filled. For a second turn, Jump back to a Question so they write again.
What if the key is missing or the vendor is down?
WhatsApp still gets If the call fails. Default: I do not have that yet. The graph continues to the same next block. It does not skip to Handoff unless you put that path on the canvas.
Should hours go through AI?
No, if they never change. A Message is free and exact. Use AI when the answer lives in {{http}} or the visitor line is open-ended.
Is this Cloud API or a lime chatbot?
No. Same scanned WhatsApp line as the rest of Bot Builder. Guardian still paces the number. Apply the AI desk model on Pro, connect your key, then Test bot.
